We haven't seen our good friend, Michael since he moved to Bakersfield several months ago. Last Saturday we got the chance to celebrate his birthday with him and some other friends. It was so nice to see him again. Thanks for inviting us Sister Lauritzen!
Phew, we survived dinner at the restaraunt and still mostly smiling. It's a good thing for that balloon which kept Sam and Anna occupied when they got bored.

Sure will. He was just like himself; remembered us and all the kids just as well as if we'd seen him yesterday. We don't have enough excuses to go to Bakersfield, though. We'll have to think of some.
